How can I correct this? Lefort 1/ Bimax? [Help]

I have the exact smile problem like Zayn Malik. The upper middle lip droops down extremely when smiling and one side shows more gum then the other.

In this post I learned its because of a short maxila.

Can I fix this with a lefort 1 and how would I have to move the maxila?
Or should I just go for bimax then?
