Been drinking every day for over a week, today was the first day I haven’t drank and I notice the bloat going down already, had about a gallon of water and only ate an omelette today so under 1000cal. Should I eat about 1500 cal tomorrow, gallon of water and go for an hour long walk? I need to be completely debloated by Wednesday will I be able to do this? Gonna eat very clean too no inflammatory foods.
Any medication or something I can take to debloat? Should I make an ice mask and use it once a day until Wednesday?
