How can i debloat in one month

Well I’ve got a pretty important trip coming up with a group of friends, there’s gonna be a lot of foids and friends there. I’ve been trying different ways to debloat, and since I have TDAH I’ve been using Ritalin. It sometimes kills my appetite and lasts around 8 hours (I take half a pill a day), but once it wears off I get crazy binge urges. On weekends I don’t take it, and I wanted to ask what I can do to debloat without ending up binge eating.

my best debloating transformation came from not eating anything before bed needs some discipline to do that the first couple nights :feelswah::redpill:
 
I want to prioritize debloating my face, but I also want to lose fat. idk if the medication i think can help in that
just get reta and take large amounts of it, and do alot of cardio you're welcome

But did u eat like heavy foods earlier, or just lean foods?

idk for me that shit goes away after an hour of waking up even tho im blasting 500 test with no AI and bulking. lucky me ig

You can debloat in like 6 hours lmao
 
But did u eat like heavy foods earlier, or just lean foods?
summer 2025 was all shit fast food, kept going for a good while after and fucked my sleep from it and ended up bloated until I decided to make a change
 
How, but idk if i can get like a longtime debloat because thats what i tryna do
before you go to sleep take 1.5g ish of potassium and 1g of vitamin c , when you wake up drink 2ish litres of water, 300mg of caffeine and get 5k steps or do cardio
