How can i debloat to max for a day? (Christmas gathering)

Hi, i am Avid.

So i want to know how to debloat quickly for a day. So i already have potassium citrate and drink high amounts of water daily. Should i take potassium citrate 2 days in a row along with fasting 24 hours before the gathering (only drink water) for a quick debloat? Tell me if theres a better way, thx!
