How can i debloat as a 15 year old? should i cut or is it unhealthy when i am still under development?
 
sustained cut/tracked calorie deficit of around 300-500kcal of your maintenance ensuring youre still consuming your macro nutrients sufficiently and taking multivitamins atleast for your micronutrients

youd want to cut to 12-15% bf and stay there throughout development which would be ideal.

The idea of debloating really only makes a differences below 15% bf
