How can I develop an eating disorder to lose weight? Or have no desire to eat? I wanna loose weight more easily with developing an eating disorder. Any tips? I dont wanna starvemaxx I just wanna loose weight and do it without loosing muscle mass.

You want an eating disorder, want to lose weight and not lose muscle mass, those are 3 self-conflicting goals lol.

Brother, it's simple, just be in a caloric deficit, IT'S JUST A CALORIC DEFICIT.

Okay okay bro its just i care so much about my leg muscles. I took me months to build them so good 😢
 
learn how to cook and cook good food and be in a deficit its not that hard also js walk on the treadmill. i just read nd be on my phone on the treadmill and an hr passes by like nothing

Yeah you say it easily but i want to know how faar can I push the calorie deficit while being 16 and growing and without loosing muscle mass? im at 500 kcal deficit and burning kcal isnt an issue I actively burn 1000 kcal daily with cycling on Zwift (very high accuracy)

im 16 and i normally eat like 1500 - 1700 ( 2000 if i feel like it ) and do 1.30 - 2 hrs on the treadmil while also strength training. if u hit ur macros u wont lose muscle mass i've actually gotten bigger and stronger while being on this

If you simply stop eating your body will decompose muscles as an energy source, causing you to lose muscle mass. Target fat loss by doing extensive low intensity cardio paired with a caloric deficit.

I mostly do 3 hour’s zone 2 on the bike
 
bike is bs, do jogging at a light pace for a long time, try to reach 1-2 hours. your body activates much more muscles when you run compared to biking.
I have to do cycling I’m in a club no jogging

tell urself ur a fucking loose if u dont have the discipline to not eat, also get like 1200 cal /day but like 100g protein its gonna be disgusting food to eat but well. also throw up after cheat meals like drink a glass with potassium chloride in it (idk if its safe i do it with regular salt but maybe it bloats)
