How can I discard my mom?

Legit have no other family or friends than her and I don’t want to fucking talk to her but I end up talking to her when I’m feeling down and she does a great job making it worse.

It doesn’t matter whether she’s trying to help or she’s upset with me she only legit frustrates me.

How do I just stop talking to her once and for all. Someone give me a good technique or article to read or say some words that will grant me inner strength to just disconnect with her forever.

and you dont have to cut out your mom completely, its healthy to talk to family sometimes but can be demoralizing being an adult and doing it extremely regularly
