I ended up on the psych ward one time after dunking bleach. The girls were not attractive and usually sedated on all kinds of drugs. Would not recommend.

Just go there and cry and say you want to rope, they are forced to commit you if you say you will rope otherwise. Make sure to give detailed vivid descriptions on how you will rope since this means you already have a "plan" in mind.
