Today I went out and saw a high tier Becky that's my neighboor. She looked away from me, it's the first time she did that. I remember that she used to smile and say hi or wait for me, and I did what? Look away as if there was nobody.

It's very hard for me to control this behaviour. I tend to ignore everybody. Even someone I might be attracted to lol Is there anything I can do?
I trully need to be locked up in a psych ward as the deranged incel that I am.

Why do you do it, do you think ignoring makes you look better or is it just a genuine behavior you have?

No. I know it doesn't make me look better. It makes me look like a fucking asshole. If someone did to me what I do I would believe they have 0 desire of dealing with me in any way...
It must be some avoidant personality disorder I need to work on...

"Yara adds that, after a few too many instances of missing out on something great, she’s realized that ignoring her crushes doesn’t work for her. “I’ve lost out on several opportunities where folks later told me they had been interested but had backed off because they assumed I wasn’t,” Yara says. “It’s the curse of having grown up in the manic-pixie dream girl/chill girl era.”

I must assume that you have gone through a very uncomfortable or unpleasant situation and that's why you act that way, you must have social anxiety

If you think it is affecting you too much I would recommend taking SSRI medication
