How can I expose my eyelids?

I wanted to know what could I do to expose more my eyelids. I feel like having my eyelids more "hidden" plus my fucked up eyebags make me have a creepy and tired look, and my old eyelids didn't make me look good but considering that I don't have a good eye shape, at least they used to make me look normal.

Also, notice how my left eye appears to be farther from the edge of my face compared to the other eye, Has anyone been able to change that? (Btw, this is my first post, if I messed up choosing the category of Discussion, tell me which one I should have used)
