Are there any natural ways to increase sleepiness at night? I feel almost insomniac staying still trying to lay in bed for anything more than 10 minutes, I have ADHD and can't keep still, my brain stays active and when I start to feel comfortable my brain simply thinks "I'm going to sleep" and becomes too aware and active for me to pass out due to being GENUINELY excited to sleep.

Any help?

TL;DR; Can't sleep in time for circadian rhythm, any help to fall asleep faster?
