How can i find food that feels filling but has little calories

Im trying to cut and i have the issue of always feeling hungry, i get that it is bound to happen but any info on filling foods will help. (I would prefer something eaten daily and not a superfood from china, also no reta suggestions)
 
just cut out all leptins and keep ur dont activate ur randle cicle and ur hormone signaling will be optimal for weightloss

fruits / vegetables :
  • Cucumbers
  • Lettuce, spinach, kale
  • Zucchini
  • Tomatoes
  • Broccoli & cauliflower
  • Mushrooms
  • Cabbage
  • Celery
  • Vegetable soups
meat / other protein rich foods :
  • Egg whites
  • Chicken breast
  • Turkey breast
  • Canned tuna (in water)
  • Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • Cottage cheese (low-fat)
  • Tofu
high in fibers :
  • Oats (small portions)
  • Beans & lentils
  • Chia seeds (tiny amount goes far)
  • Berries
  • Apples
  • Pears
and drink lots of water.

Eat plain rice cakes, chicken(skinless and just put it in the airfrier), cream of rice with water, and musli with water, and 1 bannana
 
And also eat very nutrient dense foods live eggs, steak and liver studies show it helps a lot with hunger signaling.

Lowk when I was cutting everyday id eat 1/4th a watermelon, 200 Calories for this and it filled me up the rest of the day, best of luck playah

Anything with a lot of fiber really. Potatoes are I’m pretty sure the highest satiety food. But if you’ve been fat since childhood like I was you’ll probably just have to try to ignore the hunger, it is inevitable. Also don’t skip steps to have a high TDEE and be able to eat more. Lost 25kg this way and I can tell you that no matter what you do you’ll be hungry at the start (once you get used to it it gets way easier to stay in a deficit like now i genuinely just eat because i have to for the gym)
