I am 1.79 meters tall and weigh 64.5 kilograms. For the past three months, I have been paying close attention to my diet. I avoid fatty foods, consume few carbohydrates, and no sugar or alcohol. Following this diet for two months, I lost 14 kilograms. How can I determine my body fat percentage?
 
DEXA scan is the best but look on google for navy seal bf calculator or smth and use that ive heard its semi accurate
Cal deficit from here on to lose more weight
