How can I fix a narrow skull?

I have plenty of decent features but i think I’m getting held back by my fwhr.

My skull is narrow and I would maybe aim towards surgery but I’m only 17.

If anyone knows anything please share

the only thing that changes fwhr are extremely expensive and difficult surgeries like OBO or just getting zygo implants. basically you're born with your fwhr. thank the good lord blessed me with 2.03 fwhr even with lens distortion
