Define drastic change? I think +0.2 fwhr via implants is the most realistic and uncanny change possible with zygo + jaw implants right? Which should be simple for most. As for mfr, its easily frauded with a lip lift + most ppl with a long mid face ratio have a long philtrum so its just such a good surgery, a lip lift.
Implants in the zygo area will undoubtedly make you look like a giga faggot as a man. Women can get away with certain things and hide it with makeup. Men can’t.

Thing is tho his esr was already kind of wide and normal mfr which was ideal for the surgery, in my case my esr is .46 but cucked midface ratio and fwhr so zygo and jaw implants would help my fwhr but not my mfr and my esr would fall out of ideal

no his esr has been bad since birth lol. Look at his eye spacing. Implants also dont save mfr, but the whole point is to MASK the mfr and esr with other shit. Chad lower third, thick eyebrows, etc makes it seem less obvious. A wide face saves a low mfr and etc. If ur esr is ideal but low mfr and low fwhr then get MSE if u can and if ure young and if ure too old u can still try it. the best option is going to giant implants for like a LeFort or like trimax or smth like that which is very simple to do ONLY AT HIS THO, other surgeons not. 2nd best would be MSE not as good but cheap and not risky, 3rd would be a lip lift for sure thats prolly the best way if u dont have a fat upper lip or so. hope it helps!
sorry my esr is actually like .455 so just under .46, but my fwhr is 1.73 and mfr is 0.85 - 0.86 (death tier) with 63-64 mm ipd, so my question should be, should i sacrifice my ideal esr to get a better fwhr with MSE+implants? I could go for the same ratios as Ian somerhalder if I widened my face but I obviously can’t change the ipd and obviously you can’t shorten midface so my only real options are widen zygos and shorten philtrum (it’s long and small upper lip too)
