Jutting can be a good fraud to make your chin look less recessed

If your receding chin is due to orthodontic issues, you may be able to fix it through orthodontic treatment

If it isn’t, just jutt and save up for implants or genio when you turn 18 or beardfraud if you can grow one in the future

it's not recessed, just not highly projected, and there's nothing much you can do without cosmetic work being done ... your chin grows independently from your craniofacial complex, although being downgrown can make it appear that your chin is recessed, judging by your pics, you don't seem to be overly downgrown.
