Acne is mainly caused by hormones which is heavily influenced by your food. Fixing your gut microbiome/eating well and clean and staying away from upfs will most likely fix it. Eat fruit, red meat, high quality dairy and youre pretty much fine

Don’t listen to these jesters saying diet, just take accutane. Nobody tells a strep patient to just eat meat and milk because antibiotics are the cure. Same for acne.

ghk and stop eating bullshit natural diet only and keep ur hair off ur forehead while at home and wash it consistently and have some sort of skin care doesnt have to be crazy just like a cetaphil face wash a moisturizer and tinted sunscreen
