How can I fix bacne?

I have basically no acne on my face but for some reason the top of my back has a decent amount of bacne. I shower and wash my back I’m pretty sure correctly.

Anyone know anything that might be causing it and how to fix it?

Yea it is bro. Idk how bad urs is but I had bacne and now I have a bunch of nasty ass scars on my back which sucks. Earlier you can fix it the better.
