I remember as a freshman I never ever talked to anyone so i just looked like a fucking loser sitting alone the entire school year. I was always aware that there's nothing wrong with asking the teacher for help but I just can't socialize. It's gotten to a point where a substitute teacher calling names out for students to say "here" was a nightmare for me. this is brootal as fuck, but I was always insecure about my voice so i would just raise my hand in hopes of the teacher finding my hand in the air. it was fucking embarrassing but I really can't stand using my voice to speak to these popular foids at my school. 
In lunch i would always cope by watching science videos or videos on how certain random objects were made, i would get so nervous just sitting at the table to the point where id search up random shit like "how is a nuclear powerplant made" or "how to create a particle accelerator at home" just random shit like that every single day.
