How can I fix Contact dermatitis hyperpigmentation??

I’m on accutane and also sometimes there’s ants in my bed ? Anyway it healed but it left mark which is so fucking disgusting it looks weird I’m tired I have to put bb cream every single fucking day and it’s not going.. what do u think I should use
