How can i fix correct an recessed maxilla (I am 16)

I just got told my maxilla is really recessed apperntly. They said i was mtn overall that im not cooked or anything. But my maxilla is deffo bad.
I am still growing in puberty i am 16.

How can i correct an recessed maxilla?

I am willing to do anything pharma/roids, orthodontics, surgery and anything else no matter what pretty much. I want to correct my maxilla fast while it is still possible.

Please learn me how i can fix this
