How Can I Fix Eye Asymmetry?

I have eye and eyelid asymmetry. My left eye looks fine but the right one is just terrible. idk if its rly noticeable to you.
I started to sleep on my back 2 months ago but nothing has changed. Any tips on how to fix it please.

No that’s been debunked several times bro, it can’t kill fats it’s simply not enough. It can stretch the skin though
