How can I fix flared ears without surgery?

My ears are very big and they flare out a bit it isn’t extreme but it is very noticeable. I’ve already grown out my hair to make them not as noticeable but I want to go back to short hair. I can’t get surgery bc i’m under 18 how can I softmaxx this
