How can I fix/get rid of the ugly under eyes?

I know the photos look ugly, for the whole face check my account. If any1 knows what i can do then please let me know, when i touch my undereyes they are extremely paper thin btw. after making fun make sure to let me know what i can do other than rebirth and rope
