how can i fix huge pores

i havent rly seen an good response to it , im on accutane and im about to finish my treatment in about 1-2 months (ive been on it for 6 months alr ) i havent treid salicylic acid yet heard is good the pores are all over my face nose, checks and even on my forehead . Dont mind the facial hair i get irritated out of nowere and i cant shave since there are bumps , and olso im wondering how can i fix my redness around my cheecks

after accutane take 0.025% tret 2-3 times a week and work up while u do some basic skincare and u should be good

true i never had problems with blood work its just my doctor prescribed it to me and i kinda found a way to keep it for longer i just have to get some bruises or cuts that look like pimple and my doc will think its acne since he is in his last year of working before he retires and he is so chill he wasnt even supposed to give me the treatment but i begged my way
