how can i fix my antegonial notch with bonesmashing?

i grew my gonions and ramus a little, but now my already bad looking antegonial notch became even worse
and im not sure that i can smash there cuz the marginal mandibular branch of the facial nerve/facial vein lies there
if anyone fixed it or knows how please leave some comments or tuts
