how can i fix my bent asymetrical nose?

my nose is soo bigg and shit its also very asemitrical idk y ito do but before when i was a kid it looked fine and wasnt asymetrical idk what made it asymetrical and bent like its soo bad that when i ttake pictures i look disabled but irl it looks not as bad as in camera and also when i run or play football by nose like the fat make it hard to breath and its mostely blocked is there any way to fix this or i just cope?

you can claim health reasons for insurance to cover your rhinoplasty

No, realized i had it at like 14-16, cant remember tbh. Anyways i realized my nose was bending to one side in photos, and thats how i found out.
