How can I fix my chin and side profile

I want to know how I can achieve more forward growth. I have an overbize and a recessed mandible, how can I improve these through softmaxxing and orthodontics

A temporary fix is jutting(pushing for mandible forward) but I wouldn't recommend it, since it can cause tmj disorder.
