How can I fix my coloring?

How can I fix my coloring I got black hair and eyes and tanned skin I am white tho (top arms and body are white) planning to untan and I have high astigmatism so I don't know if I could get a colored contact lens with my prescription or no where I live tho what is the best thing I could do ? and getting contacts is hard as I said.
