My front hair looks very damaged. Dry, split ends, and dull.
Meanwhile, my back hair is not as bad as my front hair, in fact, it looks normal to me.

I have already shaved it, maybe 2-3 cm, but it grew back the same, but I want to shave it down to the scalp again.

Please give advice on how to prevent it from becoming damaged again when it grows back, or any other suggestions if you have any.

But I am still confused, why is my front and back hair different?

thanks in advance.

shave it all off and dont use shampoo or switch out shampoo to egg yolks, but in your case i recomend trying just to not use any shampoo and other products.

Alright, I'll give it another try, using only the egg yolk once a week.
Do you have any other tips? like avoiding excessive sun exposure for my hair, or anything else?

never heat dry it, also the sun is fine for ur hair, vitamin d from the sun is essential to hair health, however u should really shave it off since its very rare for alr damaged hair to turn healthy only new grown length will be healthy.
