ik you said only surgery but curl your lashes and groom your brows. That aside, your eye area isn't that bad, maybe some fat grafting to the upper eyelid to reduce UEE?

I’m keeping the eyebrows in mind, thanks. But wouldn’t you consider anything else besides that? I’m still not fully convinced about my eye area

I mean unless you're willing to do fat grafting + canthoplasty/canthopexy + brow ridge implants + upper blepharoplasty, but at that point is the return on investment worth it?

At most fat grafting + upper blepharoplasty IMO
