Your eyes are not too asymmetrical, I don't think it decreases your harmony.
Eye shape/ position cannot change without surgery.

seems like your asymmetry is sphenoid based, means unfixable without surgery sadly

If you have sphenoid assymetry your whole face is assymetrical not just your eyes
