there’s no 100% way of getting rid of it but ghk cu, microneedling and vitamin c could be it.

Sleep bags have like 10 different potential causes, so until you try to address them all and diagnose what's causing your issue it's pretty hard to fix them. They say that to cure a disease, you have to diagnose it first.

- Nutrition: Basic, are you meeting 100% of your nutritional intake at the very least most days?
- Sleep: Are you sleeping 7.5 to 9 hours? Are you waking up and going to bed around the same times? Do you stop eating at the very least 1 hour before bed?
- Fitness: Are you exercising? Seeing the sun? Doing some cardio? - This is probably not the cause, but who knows

- Fat: If you believe you're fine in all of the above, then you probably just like support in this area due to fat. Obviously fat grafting is the solution.
- Lack of bone support: Alternatively, you may also lack under eye support. The solution is an infraobirtal rim implant, but this is only if you actually have hollowing of this area, it could botch you very easily if you don't.
- Melanin: Some people due to genetics or sun exposure simply produce more melanin in certain areas of their body... Are you wearing sunscreen daily? If you are, then it's likely just your genetics and blood vessels fucking with, caffeine serum and a vitamin C serum. If none of these work, and you really think it's neither orbital support nor fat, then maybe hydroquinone could help, although I'm unsure how safe it is to put under the eyes.

idk if I have hollowing in my eye area what'd u think I have a photo attached to this post

co2 laser
fat grafts
Co2 laser isn’t a good option since it also cause skin thinning and maybe fat loss so it can get worse.

I’m pretty sure he asked about softmaxxes so fat grafts aren’t an option

Yeah but you can try I mean — ghk cu and derma rolling is a good bet.

Tbh I would just give up on trying to fix dark circles via siftmaxxing and go straight to frauding it with concealer. Work great and no down sides.

It's likely just lack of fat in the area, but without seeing a profile view of your eye area, I really can't tell what is it

how is it so
Mse expansion drives lateral and anterior movement of the maxilla and zygos. That reshapes the orbital rim and increases structural support under the eyes

yeah why it's just mse
Well to begin with MSE really fix your recessed maxilla, that's an issue in the horizontal plane of your face (meaning front to back), an MSE device works in the transverse plane (meaning expander left to right). An MSE device will have very tiny effects on your horizontal plane and therefore maxillary recession, the only real solution for this is jaw surgery.

You probably don't even need MSE unless your palate is clinally narrow.

it's really narrow but idk if it's clinically narrow so I'll get it checked out tho and what jaw surgery are u talking about?

Probably Le Fort I advancement, but only a maxillofacial surgeon will really know. First I suggest you go talk with an orthodontist and ask about your concerns, generally if your tongue fits in your maxilla, you have no crowding of the teeth, and you can speak fine then you don't have a clinically recessed maxilla and if your teeth are already fine, then it could fuck you up more than it could help.

Then get a consultation with a maxillofacial surgeon and ask him what procedures would be ideal for your issue, it's likely going to be Le Fort I, but that's for a medical professional to figure out.

tbh I don't wanna get any of these surgeries like lefort 1, bimax and stuff the only surgeries I'm gonna get is forehead reduction, nose job, infraobirtal rim implant etc. and am i fucked cuz I just checked my toumge doesn't fit in my maxilla but my teeths are fine cuz I had braces

Well I mean I really have no say in what you do, if you don't want to go through with jaw surgery then go for it. Also, again, infraorbital implants are very dangerous, not in the sense that they could kill you, but in the sense that they can make you look very bad if you don't need them, so make sure you actually have infraorbital hollowing and that it is significant, if it isn't then just get fat grafting, way cheaper and faster.

But really, you're splitting hairs here, no one in this forum has the answers you're looking for or can diagnose you, for that you are going to have to go talk to an actual professional in the area. The best we can do is assume what your issue is and tell you what procedures could function, but that's just speculation, not real advice.

Lefort 1 won't fix dark circles. Don't fall for the memes of this site. Neither will infraorbital implants... if your infraorbitals are recessed your lower eyeball should bulge out in side profile and possibly have scleral show. If you don’t have these, you wouldn't benefit from implants but from fat grafting, it looks like it's a fat pad issue in your case. So only fat grafts will work

just to tell you. its 100% your bones and fat distribution. I know a chad who sleeps 4 hours a day and have 0 eyebags and perfect zygos and infra orbitals. OVER
