How can I fix my eyebrows?

My eyebrows are the weakest point in my face even though they are pretty low set. I wonder what can I do to fix them. I have heard about castor oil and microneedeling but I'm not sure if it's true or cope.

I heard that if I use too much minoxidil, hair would get used to it and stope growing by itself. This would lead to minoxidil "addiction" because if I would stop using minoxidil my hair could even fall out.

not w derma roll. derma roll makes micro holes that helps minoxidil work better. U could use coconut oil after all
