A palate expander would most likely ascend you esp if you did that in combination with a bimax (Lefort I osteotomy and a BSSO cut)
In terms of softmaxxing or non-surgical options, I would focus on everything but your face. Your frame looks very, very narrow I'm ngl, this is a death tier failo as it causes you to look extremely feminine.
