you can try trichology/dermatology clinics hair health is usually determined by your scalp so if your scalp aint healthy then ur hair wont be. Also i reccomend taking collagen to start

daily, take it in the morning or after sports/workout preferably. its rlly easy to consume since its liquid and it wont take much time out your day
