How can i fix my jaw

I used to mouth breath and suck my thumb as a kid, so now i have an overjet and a recessed lower jaw but when i jut my jaw forward by one tooth, then suddenly my jaw doesnt look recessed anymore and my ramus becomes visible. Sadly i got tmj from jutting 24/7. So what should i do? will braces fix this?

It’s not too bad considering you’re Asian. Sadly you got the average Asian maxilla. Your jaw has some decent visibility.
Not much you can softmax except for training your masseters. Hope this helps.

Most asians are like this but you still look young so probably some baby fat in your cheeks just train your masseters abit and focus on nutrition and stopping the bad habits
