maxilla probably recessed stop coping use lip plumper and keep moisturized whats in your body also has a lot to do with it staying hydrated can make them a lot fuller for example as well as other things.

Im the guy in the pfp my maxila isn't recessed as well I know maybe its because of my mandible I think I dont have enough chin projection

more chin projection wont help your upper lip if anything it will make it appear smaller and make u look more cave man like

in ur case youd probably need a corner lift however it leaves a scar

dr eppley does mouth widening surgery but i havent researched

id rather just get alar base instead to make my nose smaller to match lips
(which might help u)

it very common looks uneven (like a bee sting)

A thinner upper lip is ideal in men. Not overly thin but with bottom lip being heavy, unless directly looking yp. Medium philtrum slightly short is better in men. What matters in a males lip is good philtrum ratio, good bottom lip size, and defined upper vermillion border.
