How can I fix my Low-set ears?

That the ears are Low-set, that is, that the outer edge of the ear is below the inner canthi, can it mean that I am recessed?

If so, what do I need to do? This shit literally covers my ramus and I thought my mandible was a completely shit, but it's actually my best feature (halo) and my maxillary hypoplasia or recessed is all that limits my potential.

Can lifting/raising my maxilla forward and upward fix this? Bimax or Lefort?

post ear , being forward grown tilts ear angle clockwise maybe that will help
