How can I fix my mis shapen lips?

I have very disgusting lips. I have no prominent lip line and the corners of my mouth is downturned. They are kind of too small for my face and they nerf me pretty bad.
"Brush them" thats only temporary
"Use makeup" too femenine
"Fillers" temporary
"fat injections" risky for lips
"Surgery" too expensive

Could I cut my lips to shape them? Or any other method that actually works
