Same problem as me I see. I have a dorsal bump if that's what you mean by "bump" and yes, my nose is bigger than most noses but I'm guessing your nose is a bit bigger than mine. Honestly you can do rhinoplasty or you can just live with it and have everything else. Any good features that you have will distract people from your nose.

There can be many reasons for big nose. try Accutane or tret to try and reduce the sebum production. exfoliate regularly. clean your nose with isotonic salt water with a netty pot every night. Then see if it gets better. Sometimes its due to inflammation. If it the actual size, then it is possible due to internal skeletal structure of your head. if that is also not the issue, then you might be a Jew.
