No, they are different hydro is a corticosteroid and depends on topical and oral Trey both have different results but they reduce pore size. You should try hydro it reduces nose in 25%-30% from personal experience. You always have rhino if your not happy

Not really. I see your nose kinda tilts to your left side but I would need a better picture. Overall your not bad looking bro just make sure you apply sufficient hydro in the tip and columnela in the 2nd pic looks kinda droopy

It doesn’t necessarily droop it is just crooked or tilted

if you want it smaller do hydrocortosine, if you want a diff shape then you have to get a rhino

For how long does hydrocortisone should be on your nose? In the botb guide it says 5 minutes, but I've a lot of people who are saying that it have to stay on your nose for 15-30 minutes

Leave it on for 15 minutes and wipe of excess with toilet paper. Be sure to wipe everything of your nose, preferably wash your face after and take ashwagandha before application because since being a corticosteroid it messes up with your hpa axis

Aren’t you supposed to do the same with trention?

Trentinoin reduces pore size and helps with acne you don’t have to remove it. It’s basic skincare bruh
