A rhino is a whole nose job where they most likely would want you to get a upturned nose and you will get botched likely

In a tipplasty they just shrink and change the form of the tip to make it look smaller your nose is better with that straight shape

Sure I knew a girl who nose changed drastically thanks to it and yes tipplasty is cheaper

Iso Tret, or hydrocortisone. Also I think you’d look better with your natural hair color and sides grown out.

Weird how your nose tip looks flat from the front, but its obviously potruding.
Some rhinoplasty surgeons recommend adding on even more material, whether it is cartilage taken from your ear or from inside your nose, to add that to your nose tip, to make your nose appear "smaller" from the front by pulling your skin forward, no matter how weird that sounds, it works. Its actually just about making your nose more angular. But, rhinoplasty procedures, especially around the tip, cause swelling, and that takes a long ass time subsist, and the thicker your skin on your nose, the longer its gonna take for you.
