How can I fix my pigmented smile lines

Here a photo for reference. For skin care all I use is a tea tree oil cleanser, rose water as a toner and a thick moisturizer. I’m awake my skin quality is shit the only reason I’m not hopping on Tret is due to the fact that Paula choice BHA ruin my skin barrier completely, and I’ve never used any active since. Please let me know if anyone had tips or has a similar problem with a solution

Pdo threads, fillers, fat graft but I know you won’t do any of that shit, so just use concealer of your skin tone
