Well you might just be a late bloomer, but at this point (before puberty) there's not much you can safely do to look older other than weights and nutrition

Focus on health and working out to make sure you can use natural IGF and test to it's full potential and practice good posture and breathing so you don't fuck up your bones, for CCW rotation mewing and pre molar chewing should be enough
