u probably dont have recession, post a side pic and the only way u can fix those is by surgeries

If you are only 14 you could try use adrogens to grow the chin, that might work or just save up for surgery and for the maxilla get surgery

It’s probably the mandible itself being recessed and not so much the chin. The only really way of fixing it is orthodontics

Thats just not even true. At 14 he defently should visit an orthodontist and there are many things you can get to fix maxilla and mandible recession.
