theres no magical methods. you can try orthodontists and mention your maxilla and ask them to help.

I have an ortho appointment soon I’m going to ask about reverse pull headgear but I’m not sure that will work.

fym ‘methods that work’ , you can’t fix a badly recessed maxilla unless you have thousands to spend on a surgery which i doubt you do at 13. maybe ortho but that ain’t gonna do much if it’s really bad.

wdym? hes not gonna get surgery at 13. my advice was completely logical.
