How can I fix my scars?

The scars on the shins are from an accident in august.

The one on my neck is from an operation

How can I treat them?
I use silikon gel but it doesn‘t really help

Old scars can be fixed but they are very difficult to. Honestly, I don't have any idea on how to do this, maybe a dermatologist can help you.

That looks like only hyperpigmentation. Hyperpigmentation is bad but it goes away with time. Pitted scars are a massive looksmin. In overhead lighting and sunlight the uneven cratered texture will make anyone with moderate acne scars look like a burn victim.
