how can i fix my skin and most importantly, get rid of post-acne

I have very problematic skin and I've tried many different methods that didnt work. I also have a lot of red post-acne marks

that hasn't gone away for a year, no matter what I eat.

Accutane if not retinoids like tretinoin adapalene or tazarotene.

For the red post acne marks retinoids can help and you can use topicals to directly adress them but they work very slow. And until you clear the "problematic" skin your gonna keep getting it after breakouts again.so fix the acne first. Then fix the post marks you can just cover with bbcream /tinted sunscreen or concealer for now.
