Should I hop on peptides ?
Or just have a classic skincare that I’m on right now probably willing to do anything to reach htn at this point

just use tretinoin long term or tazarotene whichever you want after 6 months you get a hella sexy glow

just search them up online retinoids are amazing dermastamp works as well but cleaning is a hassle (my opinion) and ngl i didnt see much effects only tried for 2 months though

it depends on what type rosacea or dermatitis if it goes away and coems back its dermatitis if it stays its rosacea i know technically dermatitis is the umbrella term but still azelaic or hydroquinone work for rosacea but i do believe might be wrong retinoids to fix rosacea but indirectly

ghk-cu or accutane work the best, but considering you are 15 ghk-cu has a smaller risk of interfering with growth.

if you dont wanna do peps you can go by the basic skincare routine

at night:
cleanser
retinoid/tretinoin
hydrating cream

morning:
wash with cold water
spf moisturizer

i would say tretinoin works better but get a prescription from the dermatologist

combo is bad usually because when you are on retinoids youd want to apply moisturiser 3x daily and plus most spf combos are comedogenic
best in order of money

la roche posay cicaplast
pyunkang yul moisture cream
medik8 total daily moisturiser

i use pyunkang yul moisture cream its cheap as shit as its not pushed by influencers yet feels like a 50 pound one but medik8 is technically best although pricey it has an insanely nice feel to it but its not universal some people suit cicaplast better
