How can I fix my skin without Accutane

I've been trying everything for my skin, nothing worked basically, before i started working out i only had bacterial acne, it was easily fixable just by washing my face but i really didn't care about it, but after i started working out my acne started getting worse, it looks like a hormonal acne but i still not sure about it and I really don't know what I should do
 
fix diet, drink lots of water cut out sugar processed carbs and other slop
dont touch your face constantly
if youre a teen then hormones can easily be a cause so dw
i guess shower after gym and clean your equipment
have also good hygiene like showering in general and cleaning your bed covers esp. pillow

Sounds like fungal acne too since humidity worsens that type of acne

Eat foods low on the glycemic index, avoid all dairy products, sugar, chocolate
Eat a more Mediterranean diet
Change pillowcases nightly, or put tshirts over your pillow nightly
Use a fresh cloth to dry your face every night

Try a salicylic acid wash, make sure to moisturize as well. Not sure why you wouldn't just want to take Accutane or get a retinoid though.

I’ve been doing all that besides taking a shower immediately after working out, I’m gonna start doing it, but Idk if maybe working out broke my hormones temporarily

yea the sweat can lead to breakouts so make sure youre cleansing/showering/cleaning/disinfecting/wiping. hygiene is rly the key here and once thats in check theres no huge problem
but yh intense exercise can temporarily spike cortisol ofc so focus on recovery nutrition sleep rest and doing things to lower it (deep breathing, pets if u have one, music etc)

Diet is cope, ive been eating clean for a long long time with only water as a bevrage. Nothing much really happend
 
5-10% niacinimide and zinc serum and good cleanser and sunscreen you can get other topicals but too much of them at once risks irritation which risks picking which leads to bacteria on face.

Try the following: reduce or cut out industrial sugar and reduce milk products like milk in general and like whey protein too. If that doesnt help consult a doctor. Why dont you want to take accutane?

yea true theres people who eat slop and are fine because of their genetics but for someone who already has hormonal acne like me we cant really afford to eat slop, sugar will make you break out its a biological fact that diet and nutrition impacts skin
